- Identity & Contact Data: Name, business email address, WhatsApp mobile number, organization name, and GSTIN (for B2B corporate billing).
- Authentication Data: One-Time Passwords (OTP) delivered via WhatsApp or SMS, cryptographic session tokens. We never store plain text passwords.
- Procurement Search Queries: Saved keywords, state/city preferences, tracked tender numbers, and CRM pipeline annotations.
- Technical Usage Data: IP address, device telemetry, browser type, and timestamps collected solely for rate limiting, DDoS mitigation, and fraud prevention.
3. Purpose of Processing & Lawful Basis
We process your data strictly under valid consent and legitimate B2B contractual purposes:
- Delivering instant tender notifications and WhatsApp alert summaries.
- Enabling multi-tier access control (Free, Pro, Enterprise features).
- Generating tax-compliant invoices and processing subscription renewals.
- Maintaining network security, preventing unauthorized scraping, and enforcing fair use.
4. Zero Third-Party Selling Policy
We do NOT sell, rent, monetize, or trade your personal or business data to advertisers or third-party data brokers. Data is shared only with certified infrastructure providers (e.g. cloud host, WhatsApp Business API gateway) under strict non-disclosure obligations.

Under the DPDP Act 2023, you have the right to:
